Expanding our business yet staying niche
Sniper Capital was established in 2004 to capture the growth opportunities from Macau’s undervalued real estate sector following the liberalisation of the territory’s gaming industry. Our inaugural fund, South China Sniper Fund, was launched in 2005.
Since then, our assets under management have grown to US$600 million across three funds – the London Stock Exchange listed Macau Property Opportunities Fund and two private closed-end funds, Sniper Macau Heritage Properties I and Sniper Macau Heritage Properties II.
In 2010, we started leveraging our sourcing and acquisition expertise and extensive investor network to build an investment advisory business.
