Sniper Capital’s luxury Macau development ready for occupancy

The Fountainside awarded Occupancy Permit allowing handover to buyers to commence.
Regional property investment manager Sniper Capital announces that it has been awarded an Occupancy Permit for its luxury Macau residential development The Fountainside.
The Fountainside, an 80,000 square feet low-density development of exclusive residences, is a flagship project of Sniper Capital’s London listed Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited (MPO.L) and is a demonstration of the Company’s ability to bring unique and high value developments to the market.

Located in Macau’s heritage-rich and prestigious neighbourhood of Penha Hill, the property consists of 38 apartments and four villas. The Fountainside’s redevelopment into premium residences has been achieved while maintaining the building’s original Macanese façade, which blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment.

Since the launch of The Fountainside, a total of 27 units have been sold. The remaining 11 apartments and four villas are being targeted at high-net-worth individuals and homeowners looking for premium properties in Macau.

The modern residences incorporate features such as secure car parking, landscaped gardens and an eco-friendly roof.  Further reinforcing The Fountainside’s environmental credentials, all villas come with BMW i3 electric cars, complete with private garages and charging stations.
